1. Use of Website

  • All content on https://redpearlcoutureau.com, including images, text, and designs, is the property of Red Pearl Couture and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

  • Misuse of this website may result in restricted access or legal action.

2. Orders & Custom Gowns

  • Custom gown production begins only after contract signing, deposit payment, and design approval.

  • Lead times for custom gowns range from 3–6 months, depending on complexity. Rush options may be available for an additional fee.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, as materials and labor are immediately allocated to your order.

  • Clients are responsible for attending scheduled fittings and providing accurate measurements.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Due to the custom nature of our gowns, all sales are final.

  • Cancellations made after fabric sourcing or pattern development has begun will forfeit the deposit.

  • Semi-custom or off-the-rack gowns may be eligible for partial refunds only if unworn and unaltered, within 7 days of delivery.

4. Fittings & Alterations

  • Alterations are included for custom gowns within the agreed scope. Additional tailoring outside of scope (e.g., weight change adjustments) may incur extra charges.

  • Final fitting sign-off indicates your approval of fit, design, and condition.

5. Intellectual Property

Custom designs remain the intellectual property of Red Pearl Couture. We do not replicate third-party designs or logos.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages, delays, or dissatisfaction caused by incorrect measurements provided by the client, event rescheduling, third-party shipping delays, or force majeure events.
